my concern is sensitive Autos and shocking them with a change of light. My last run I used 5 different lights and I really think it affected my plants.

So currently I'm going to run 3 of the se-450 from Amare technologies. They are comprised of 6 Cree 3070 cobs and 60 Cree 3 watt monochromes. I'm vegging a new batch under 2 600 Mars hydros, 2 t-5 daylight bulbs, 2 t-12 daylight bulbs and 6 daylight ge bright sticks.

My veg space is roughly 4x4 but it can go outside those lines too. Money isn't an issue when it comes to quality. I don't really want to be rigging up lights like I am now and I dont want to shock them when I drop them under the powerful cobs.

I would love an all out powerful possibly dimmable, one piece light ready to take the veg stage to be limits

its almost frightening to make a suggestion bro as there is so much choice out there, if it was me in your situation i would just take out the mars and maybe put in some low wattage led strip bars and keep the others, or replace the lot with strip bars, ie Osram ones, highest output for the lowest input, no fans, etc.. dunno tho, id be like a kid in a candy shop, locked in for the week, i really wouldn't know where to start. lol
personally i own three Osram units, plant photonic ones, 2 ds 140's and 1 ds 90, they do very well vegging and flowering but are maybe a bit slower than other Osram leds ive seen.
good setup by the way bro, i like the reflective panels you have, nice organised rows of airpots aswell, growing heaven

Not heard of osram yet here in USA. But I will definitely check them out. Cali light works 550 looks sick too. Judging by the picture the coverage will be huge I bet. This run is doing well so far the plants are getting very large at week 3. But like the last run there is always a transfers stage when changing from veg lighting to flower and the plants stall a little. I have about 30 days before I drop 12 more so I have time to decide

Doublelux T5 4ft 16bulb, has 3 switches,,can run any multiple of 4 at a time., you can fit 2 of these in the 4x4 and have the ability to veg out with 1,728w or 160,000 lumens. or drop it down to as low as you want..And have no problems at all with heat...also runs silent

Sensitive auto's? Those little buggers are pretty damn tough and can undertake a fair bit of changes. I run 5 watt diode led lights, full spectrum, around the clock as soon as my germed seed hits my medium. I think you will be ok with whatever light you finally choose. Ruderalis comes from extreme like environmental conditions, hence auto's toughness.

I bought the 450 as well, why don't you veg with it? You can veg with it, even remove the lense to have less intensity. Be a lot less work on you heh. Think your going to have more work with all them plants in a 4x4 heh.

California Lightworks has a new SolarSystem 550 coming out with all kinds of features, such as "programmable spectrum control," that might satisfy your needs. See http://californialightworks.com/solarsystem/

What..... You know what's sad.... I emailed them talking about buying a lit from them. I asked them about cob units against their lights and even if they had new lights coming out... They never responded back... Now I see this heh if could see my face right now.....

Maybe not as much sensitive but they do seem to slow down significantly when there is a change. My first run I abused mine not knowing. Nute and light changed throughout the grow, I just don't want to have them in shock when I switch from a veg light and see them hault for a few days.

The little veg room measures a little over 9x4 but the fun part is the floor is rubber roofing and its pitched with a shower drain in the center. Also the walls are waterproof. Getting to the back plays won't be the easiest but I won't have to worry about making a mess. I also have plant casters to move them around if needed.

As for the se450 I would love to veg with it but I will be using those 3 lights to flower. Maybe amare will make a veg only fixture. I also have a bunch of wave point fluorescents in my Amazon cart. Different spectrums
