Bad or good mold?

Hi guys.I Ve been keeping this airpot wet.It Is lightmix from Biobizz with some compost and mychorrizaes mixed inside.I planted clovers as you can see.But today I noticed this Gray fuzzy mold on some area,even between clover sprouts.Is It because of organic growing or Is It a bad mold I have to kill?And how?
Please help!

R emove the clover and top 2 inches of soil and let dry out,than replace it with fresh mix and keep good air circullation.
