Hi guys and gals, I've got a simple problem with two autos - they aren't flowering. They are 9-10 weeks old. Another auto planted beside them is almost finished!
I took some pics of just the tips, for what it's worth. There's some strange stuff going on and no flowers being produced.

There are two plants in the same pot. Royal Kush auto and Royal Bluematic. I grew out a Bluematic from the same seed pack before with no issues.

They are in biobizz light mix, eating biobizz nutes, under my household LED rig. They are healthy plamts eccept for their failure to flower.

What's up with that?? And what do we do next??

Look at their neighbour!

Run lights 12/12 and see if that makes a difference.
:yeahthat:

It's not uncommon to encounter a photo-sensitive auto occasionally - either a seed mix-up, or just genetic variability, etc. Two at a time seems a bit odd, but the normal fix is to shorten the light cycle (if / when you can isolate them) and see if that induces flowering.

Happened to me once and 12/12 is the way to go.
Annoying isn't it!? going to 12/12 now changes the plans for the next run and short-changes the auto that did decide to flower. Wont be complaining about the extra Kush and blueberry though :smoking:

Do you remember who you sourced the seeds from?
Yup, both Royal Queen, my most trusted source. It's a tricky one cos getting two at once suggests the conditions have caused it. But the other auto flowered next to them, albeit in its own pot.
I grew another bluematic from that same pack before, it flowered as expected.
Think the cause is a mystery which shall remain unsolved, and I'll just have to ride on 12/12 for 8-10 weeks now
:grump: :peace: :jointman:
