Hey guys this my second grow with autos but 1st with autopots. I use canna coco a+b rhizo and advanced nutrients cal mag.
Can someone please tell me what ppm I should be aiming for straight after germ thanks

I have been starting about 0.6-0.8 ec, I top feed though, saying that you would probably have to top feed at germ? @St. Tom is an awesome grower and he uses autopot system with coco. He should be able to steer you the right direction.
Advice is always spot on.

id aim for 0.5-0.6 for the first few days then up to around 0.8 ph 6.0

im definitely pulling up a chair to watch :pop:

Spot on lads cheers that's exactly what I've been doing .. Will upload photos as soon as they pop they're heads up! Also how long till I can open the valve and start auto feeding? Cheers

This is the second lot of think different ballsed the first lot up using canna coco natural.. Major issues with magnesium deficiency only 2 weeks in and completely halted growth so just pushed them aside and started fresh. Will see if they bounce back in smaller fabric pots since I've got the space

@Rustynutz :welcome:Welcome to AFN:welcome:Did you leave your nutz out in the rain:rofl:.

I am a hydro grower and have used Canna products with good success. I am currently running GreenLeaf Mega Crop 2 Part. Canna has a very good nutrient calculator on their site. If you request the light feed schedule and then start out at 50% strength it should be good for autos. I got up to about 70% before it started to be too much for the phenos I was growing. Your mileage may vary.

Since I am USA my brain thinks in PPM:paleo:I start seeds at 150 PPM and move to 300 PPM after the first set of true leave are about an inch long. The Mega Crop top is about 550 PPM for autos. I took my Photos up to ~1000 PPM.

:goodluck:

GreenLeaf is a nutrient vendor with a couple of different base fertilizers a one part with additives available and a 2 part system. They are by far the least expensive 1 part but it seems to be a little too high in N for late flower. I am currently working on perfecting a feeding schedule for autos based on the two part system along with some added bio-stimulants. They are an approved AFN vendor and have a forum onsite.

To give you an idea on the price when I ran House and Garden a six plant grow would cost me $500.+ I can do the same six plant grow with $50 of Mega Crop and $100 of bio-stimulants. So getting a good schedule is worth the time, effort and tortured plants :naughtystep:.
