Auto at almost 8 weeks

Hello everybody, new here.
I have an auto orange diesel that is 2 days shy of 8 weeks and I see lots of hairs, but no for sure buds. Grow is soil, 200w led lights, 20/4 schedule. Just wondering is this at all normal? Also, she's 36 inches tall. Thanks so much in advance for any response.

You've got a hell of a long time left before this one is going to be finished. From those pics I would have estimated she is around 4 weeks, if you've not said. At 36" now it's going to be a tree by maturity.

Do you have any pics of the whole plant?

You might have to flip it 12/12 for a few days and force it to flower that way. After it begins flowering you can try revert back to 20/4.

Thanks so much, I can get a full pic when I get off work. Is there any way it's a photo? I tried 12/12 for 2 days ,I guess I need to try it longer. Its massive .

Week 8 is to long for a auto by the third set of leaves it should have started to flower no flip of lights are needed if you hit the 4th set of leaves and no hairs it probably is not auto best of luck flip to 12 on 12 off don’t turn on the lights in a dark cycle I think you popped a regular seed

Squeeze the stock to slow stretching to high if you got tall plants already you might have to tie them down it’s not a bad thing squeezed stocks get stronger than non squeezed
