ok got a question im growing a auto assassin they say they get no bigger then 2 feet 24 inches what so ever 2 feet is max i have one mine is 31 inches wtf

and u r not happy?!?! i have an assassin 83cm and an other one 12cm!!! both same age, light, feed!! well dont expect autos to be so stable like most photoper :)

PS 1: whats the size of ur pot?? if u got her a big pot she'll grow big! a small pot grows smaller :) about 9-10 lt pots i think its fine for autos

PS 2: you can use metal halide lamp and not hps. hps has so much yellow/red that they stretch the plant until the end!! with MH they dont reach the sky, but they get A LOT BUSHY!!
i know that because i did it with both type of lamp! ill post some pics later in forum

dont listen to the guy above about autos having wild genetics..... most are fine but honestly a lot of the short stuff series has at least 3 pheno. if you do not have stretching and the bud sites are tight then you got the pheno people are looking for and i would dust it with pollen.

Sounds like you got yourself a bush pheno. As Tshirt said, you can expect to see about three phenos. The bush, the normal single cola with 4-8 side branches and the occasional runt. Autos have only been around for about 5 years now and are not fully stabilized. In the future I expect you may see 2 phenos offered on a lot of seeds, short and tall. If you've got room the bush phenos are always the biggest yields.

Photo plants have been under development for over 30 years now so for the most part, have been stabilized.

are you kidding me?? tell me ONE autoflowering strain that if u seed 5 beans youll not get 5 diferent types of a plant! NONE! autoflowering its not stable YET.. there is some potential here for sure.. but they will never reach photoperiod

We all know autos aren't fully stabilized yet, and for some of us, that's part of the fun in growing them. Diesel Ryder is a very stable strain, about the most stable auto I've seen. Most all the plants are about the same size with the same number of side branches. Bush phenos are very rare with this strain. Mi5 is also pretty stable. I've probably grown 50-60 of them at this point and while there is still the occasional runt, most are single cola with 4-12 side branches. There is still the odd bush pheno but I've not personally had one. There are still photo strains that are not fully stabilized. White Widow immediately comes to mind. Grow it and you're almost guaranteed to get at least 2 different phenos.

As I previously said, photos have 30 years of breeding, imagine where autos will be in another 5-10 years, let alone in 30.
