I've ordered seeds successfully, quickly, and discreetly from all 3 seed banks. Attitude and Sensible have great selections, very professional, are located in the UK, give awesome freebies. Seeds Here Now had a lesser selection but was quality, but has an outpost in the US took 3 days to get the seeds to my doorstep, which cant be beat.
