At last success! 14:1 CBD:THC femmed

Here is a pic of a clone of a 14:1 CBD/THC plant I discovered through testing at the Canna institute Spain

and heres a couple of snaps of a sister clone
that I finally managed to reverse after a number of attempts




and finaly a pic of the monkey love dust on the leave of one of the reversed clone Im so chuffed to bits its been a lon
g old road

So in all Ive gone down a generation with a 14::1 S1 and a 14:1 X 12:1 femmed cross cant wait for the seeds to develop and see what the next stage of testing brings from those seeds

hello mate
yeah I grew out 20 seeds from some experimental stuff Z6 and such from the cbd crew

in that group of tests I managed to gain a 14:1 pheno and a 12:1 Pheno
both female

so what ive done is femmed up and tranvestited 2 female 14:1 cuttings using a STS formula and in the same small 80cm x 80 cm tent some non reverted 12:1 and 14:1 cuttings
these then get fertiized and the resulting seedlings will then be femmed seeds
and hopefully the 14:1 Self-ed (S1) plant will give a higher percentage of cbd rich (hoping for a big one 32:1) female seeds this is the plant we then use either to mix with high thc oil to gain specific ratios for medical application
or indeed as a stand alone oil for use as meds possibly for kids with dravets sydrome

Didnt really answer your question lol - the Fundacion de Canna which is now based at Valencia University here in Spain does gas chromatography on leaf samples (as well as bud) - I sent off a batch to be tested last year, and one came back as 14:1. Iĺl post a copy of the results if anyonés interested

yeah I blocked booked 100 tests for 3900 Euroes plus tax so in total 5 grand but I might be able to get the tax back
unfortunately you need to be a registered business in Spain and the samples need to be posted from within Spain with a licensed courier (this costs a pretty penny too)
Samples need to weigh 0.13g Dry
for veg stage testing you take the center leave from the fourth node of a young plant
for selecting a cbd high breeding stock this is excellant as it saves loads of time and for me at least space
In fact once I had the first 20 samples tested I then re-entered 6 more samples as a blind test including my 14:1 and 12:1 pheno's the second results matched the first test results within a very tight tolerance so Im confident now using this facility they are very profesinal I even met the guys at the Barcelona spanabis hemp fair last month and we had a good chat and I think we are on the same page
I will post the lab results this evening mate

I was just wondering if you plan on doing CBD/THC tests on samples at various stages of maturity to see if the CBD/THC content improves/degrades.
For example when the bud and leaf trichomes are clear, milky, 50/50 and fully amber.
If I am not mistaken CBD increases as the trichomes turn amber so your initial findings of 14:1 could be exceeded.
I would be really interested to hear the results of that as I'm sure a lot of people would.

I think that perhaps you have a relevant point,,,, However at this stage I dont think I can take any more trials on board brotha theres a lot going on so....... but again yes maybee at a later date this is something we can look in to..... tx for the input
