Lights are fine. Reputable brand but what size space are you trying to fill? It's common practice to base your light on your intended grow space size.
I am thinking a 3x3 or 4x4 tent.
It will be a winter grow.

Imo, if you really want a good deal from HLG I would look at their 4 packs of boards
QB132 V2 Quantum Boards
High Efficiency LED Light Engines. 132pcs Samsung LM301H LED per board

A 3x3 tent is going to be around 270 watts or a 4x4 around 480 watts.
The above is more DIY oriented but with a Meanwell driver that they suggest or you could contact them to size an Inventronics driver which is lower priced than Meanwell. 8-12 would be ideal for a 4x4.
Also depends on your budget.

The HLG is going to cost you a lot to cover the tent. The 260w is decently priced but I don't see a PPFD chart to say much more.
I would go with the second choice with two of them
I have three of these in my 4x4. It doesn't sound like much, but all my girls are more than happy. Canna-Cheese and Magic Cookies are massive, with four other plants getting larger by the day. They're all in late flower, I should add.

I just looked at the lights, seems to be alittle out of my price range.
I grow just for a hobby, so really not looking to go crazy.
