Lighting are these 180w or 420w sunspect LED any good? 5w chips

i love them, way better than a 250w cfl. . .


having said that i have added a couple of cfl around the edge to get one good plant, but im pretty sure they are not really needed, i just like getting light in lower down regardless of whats on top as i find i can get fatter longer buds and get denser popcorn buds.

if u find my grow journal i have been using them for over a month now , u should be able to follow the pics back and figure it out, its the purple thats under them atm , nearly time to crop, she was started under cfl for first 35 days, then flowered under those lights well despite the blue white in them. although the red cfl helped a lot i guess. someone did make me aware of these viper lights the other day which look like they have more red in them , but i havnt had time to look into details or find other suppliers.
