They have it on sale at the Home Depot near me for $2.30 for a .5 cu ft bale. What are your thoughts on this stuff?

That look's like a awesome mix, Ive not seen the Vegetable and herb one.... what does it say it has in it? The other types pro-mix bx, and pro-mix hp are all good from what ive seen, and this one looks good to.

It contains mycorrhizae which is very good for the plants roots, I use it by itself in my potting mix's I add 1 Tablespoon to 3 gallons of medium, and it seem to work wonders! So id Say this stuff is good, maybe add some perlite and worm castings to it??

I just started using promix organic mix which has mycorrhizae in it.It acts in the soil with microrganisms to let the roots better absorb other nutrients.Add some perlite and worm castings and this will be a very good mix for you.

Far as I know you're the first here to use that product. Premier Horticulture Tech is expanding their retail line with some new products. The difference between it and the BX and HP that others here are using is the addition of peat humus and the soy based organic nutrients. This will be a richer mix, so will require less nutrients that either BX or HP. Can you take a picture of just the product label so we can see what percentages of the humus and nutes have been added?

Man. Haven't seen that at my HD. I wonder if they have just recently put it out or something. I'd like to try this out.

They started selling that out my way last summer. Looks pretty nice.

How much worm castings should I add? I am using 3 gallon pots.
