Hey there. I found this GrowBright 2 Foot 8 lamp T5 light. It looks and sounds super awesome. 16,000 lumens. Anywho, here's the link. If you personally or have heard of anyone using these or just wanna give your general opinion on them I would greatly appreciate it.

It is half the bulbs but 4,000 more lumens, and apparently these T5 bulbs are a little different. More watts and lumens. What do you guys think? Thanks.

I have that light hangin in my growcloset Squidherb,works like a champ.The reflector on it is awesome. I currently have 5 plants under it,3 of which are in 3 gallon smartpots,its a bit cramped but ALL the plants are doing well.My closet is 33"x33"x6' and it fits in there perfect. I also picked up 3 of their single strip 2 foot T5's which i mounted to the walls for side lighting.I'm using the 6400k veg bulbs for the entire grow,i do have their bloom bulbs but haven't used them. For the money its a good light,no problems with mine.

Thanks fullauto. Just what I wanted to hear. I am seriously considering exchanging my LED panel I got form HTG for the one I posted. The single strips I was going to add in later when I could. Sounds good! My tent is 3x2x6 or so. Should be perfection. The LED I have is the knock off Blackstar I believe. Same watts. Looks just like it. It'll pop seedlings and grow the hell out of basil and other things. But I'm beginning to think that it isn't enough for the cannabis job. I dropped almost 3 bills on it. Luckily, the nice fellas at HTG are willing to exchange for their merchandise, no refund because it's after the 14 day mark from purchase. I told them it wasn't the light I wanted so I think I will exchange this for the T5 unit. I would get a BadBoy unit but HTG doesn't carry them. Oh well. Feel free to add on anyone if you have any opinions. I love opinions.

I have the tek light and it is bad ass works really good it's the only 2'x 2' T5 that kicks out 20'000 lumens. The only reason I got it was because I have limited space and it was the only thing that had the output I wanted in a T5 that size. What I really wanted was the Quantum bad boy but it would not fit in the space I had. I love my tek light is is bright and was worth the money it is about the only thing that I would endorse that is made by HTG (besides their felt pots) . I've seen alot of people on other forums do full grows with them from start to finish that got good results and some nice sized yields to boot. I just use mine for veg and it does it's job very well I have no complaints. So if you have space limitations and are looking for something 2' x 2' then this is the T5 for you if you can fit the bad boy that's what I would go with. Hope this helps

Muchos gracias TBM and L3V3R2ooo. I know all about those Bad Boys. I would LOVE one or two, haha. But as my tent is 3x2 I will be going with the tek lamp and having some additional T5s on the sides and under at some point. The tek lamp will cover almost the entire perimeter so I may even have to end up tilting that one or something. So no way I can fit that smallest Bad Boy. I do plan on eventually a good sized one in my next grow op I can set up.(Trying to get your fiancee to let you have more than one grow space is a weeeee bit tricky) But I know that eventually when we move I will be able to have two spaces. And I will be happy as well. It will be super easy for me to have perpetual grows with AFs this way...Anywho. I have seen other grows with this same light and other all around great reviews. I sent my LED panel that isn't quite the cigar so I will be receiving my store credit for that baby soon on which case I am ordering the Tek lamp and my whole line of General Organics nutrients that I want. I hope to have more action going on because of this before too long. Thanks a million guys. I can always count on you.
