the whole plant looks healthy now, the yellowing and dying of the lower leaves is normal at this age aslong as the other leaves are intact, on the other hand the white spots are not always mold, just wipe the leaves with 2 sponges with some PH water to make sure its not the left overs from the time you last watered it, sometimes when you water and it evaporates on top of a leave it leaves a mark, but its nothing to be worried about just wipe it out to make sure it no mold

Sorry, but the yellowing of those leaves is not normal at this point in the grow. It indicates a possible P deficiency, most likely being caused by nutrient lockout from the pH being off. If it is not corrected the yellowing will progress to brown and turn crispy, and will spread higher on the plant.

Looks like powdery mildew. White powdery mildew. It looks like an infestation over a nute problem because it's non uniform and affecting different age parts of the plant all at once. Get yourself some neem oil 1 tsp/ quart with a little dish soap mix and spray before lights out every other day for a week. If it doesn't go away then you could have some type of lockout.
