New Grower any good hempy grow logs,,,tips for beginners,,,or hempy gurus that would mentor???

ive been growing for about a year now, and cant for the life of me grow a plant right...ive harvested 2 diff autos, but both were small little plants to the end...ive harvested photos a few times,,, but for the length I veg I feel I should have had monsters...my plants start off slower than most people's plants I see on the forums...and by the time my autos hit flower they are still small,,,and stay small... Ive been growing under 2 of the old (180) 300 watt mars led... gh flora series/lucas...miracle grow perlite...sta green verm...4/1 ratio....32x32 tent.... I have problems with my water schedules (not knowing if its time)...my watering (not knowing if its enough or too much for my root mass...and my sprouted seedlings taking forever to look like something... I always ph to 5.8... I wait till my pot is bone dry to water again now,,, and sometimes that's a week or more... 2 gallon buckets... bout to start using one gal....any help is needed, and appreciated...thanks

veg tent full of photo's right now...but I have an extra cab, and extra led,,,some beans and media, if anybody wants to help me start a nice hempy grow

Here's a link to the hydro section your going to find your tips and helpful info there if anywhere. I'm an Ole pro mix guy but @MrMojoRisin and @Tenacious Trichomes do well with them hempy pot deals

well, after iv'e read mrmojorisin and tenacious's journals, I dropped 8 flash Russian fuel (regs) into a cup of water,,,i will be rinsing some perlite tomorrow,,, and getting my 1 gal pots ready for the mars 300 (125)watt....I will be starting a journal tomorrow as well,,,so stay tuned if you would like...

all 8 in rooters just now, sitting on top of the router....im too lazy to type a header for a journal right now, but I will as soon as they sprout.... and I do plan on making some seeds from this lot of 8...
