Depends on how you like it. Some let the leaves fade before chopping, some like it with amber trichomes or cloudy, I used to chop mine when they are cloudy.

You could chop it now or wait a bit because that's a predominantly sativa. It depends on your patience and the unknown answer to whether waiting an extra week might score you boutique weed
