Indoor Amps for lumatek digital ballast

i'm wondering how many amps a 400w and 600w each draws?I have two 400w lumatek ballast now, one in veg. room and one in flowering room, I would like to add a 400w or a 600w but need to know the amp draw.

I should be on the ballast somewhere or on their web site. Impossible to say without knowing the model number as I'm sure they have many different ones and specs may be different from model to model.

Thanks Muddy,sometimes the obvious isn't, must of been a senior moment.found it on their website. 400w 1.80a---600w 2.70a,I guess I can use either one.I think I'll go with the 600w for the extra lums.

Ah, senior moments, know them well. Also, if you can run it 240 instead of 120 you'll cut your amps in half.

240 would be ideal but I'm stuck with 120 now,but we are planing to move before we get to old and will build two grow rooms with 120 and 240,can't wait.

Sounds like a plan. I'm about to start on my third grow area. It's addictive as hell.
