I see seedlings popping out of the soil, is this just this morning, or has it been like that for days? If this is just this morning, your up and running . Now you get to worry for another 10-15 weeks, have fun.
For atleast a day or so

#1 are you using a dome to keep the humidity high? DO NOT water every few hours. Spray the soil around it lightly once a day at most, and cover them with 1/2 a plastic water/soda bottle. You want to see moisture buildup on the sides of the dome. Run a normal light schedule, the light will build up the heat under the dome and create your high humidity atmosphere for the seedlings, they want 70--90% humidity at this stage.
Some like the caps on, some like the caps off the bottle, I tried both ways, cant say I notice a difference.
