Am I growing a runt? Or is this caused by too much light?

Hi folks, Kush here.
I am growing "Critical+ Autoflowering CBD" by Dinafem.
The plant is 14 days old from sprout, it is large in girth, covers the diameter of the pot, and it looks healthy, also it has a ton of leaves, but it is only 3 inches tall... It is super squat an bushy.
It looks more like a leafy lettuce and less like a hemp plant, lol.

Am I growing a runt here? Or is the short, bushy stature of this seedling caused by the strong lights (around 45,000 lux)?
Is 3 inches a normal height for a 14 days old plant?
Is the plant going to explode in height soon? Dinafem claim that this strain is supposed to grow like a lanky Sativa. So far it grows like a squat Afghanica.
What if the plant remains stocky and does not grow long branches? Does this mean that there will be less space for bud growth?
Should I start giving it LESS light in order to make it grow bigger?

Lots of questions, I know...
Thanks!

Yes plants stretch with inadequate lighting but I think it’s mostly genetics, proper watering schedule and good soil. I actually start my girls under a 1000w HPS !!! Used to use an led to get them going but the switch to the big HPS caused a lot of issues while adapting to it. Most of my plants get pretty tall & bushy but I’ve ran a few seeds where the plants were in optimal conditions no signs of issues they just plain didn’t grow big at all ? Now I just stick to strains that seem to work for me. I’m interested to see what others have to say.......

Oh and remember your only 14 days along so be patient things can take off any day !!!!!!

I'm actually impressed by how much is showing above ground for 14 days.

Let's see what a week does...

It's not a large plant. Taken from canna connection. 90 cm, that's not quite 3 ft.
Give it time, the first couple weeks most of the activity is below the soil building a root system. She'll get moving, but I would expect something that will look very indica dom.

Thanks Arthur, your info is kinda contradicting Dinafem's description, but I am almost sure that their description is incorrect.
This is a quote from Dinafem's official site:
"Critical + Autoflowering CBD is an Indica-dominant hybrid with a rather Sativa-like appearance: large internodal spacing, long branches and thin leaflets. "
So far mine looks nothing like the description... It is quite the opposite: short internodes, short branches and broad leaves.

EDIT: Your article from canna connection is about "Critical+ Autoflowering", while mine is "Critical+ Autoflowering CBD".
