New Grower alot of red hairs showing up

Is it common to see alot of red hairs on your ladys, even thou the plant doesn't look ready to come down? 3 out of 4 of my Maxi Goms are covered in red hairs, but have not swollen yet, and the fan leaves have no signs of yellowing. Just wanted to know if they can be normal behavior

Red hairs are fairly typical and a sign things are maturing well, yet not quite ready...I use three indicators for timing a harvest....receding hairs, swollen calynx, and tric color.... I cross those indicators with the strain in question adn try to harvest when the effect is mid stream toward what I'm preferring at the moment.
Outta my 5 jars. of cured nuggs, I have 3 earlys and 2 laters....oh just what shall it be today...!!! I love having a choice....
