New Grower Afghan Kush Ryder 1st auto grow

Just ordered some Afghan kush ryder seeds they should be here in a couple days. I'll keep a journal here with pics from at least once a week. Has anyone here grown this strain and maybe have some tips for me? I am a novice grower and usually grow regular photoperiod strains but this will be my first auto strain. I will grow in soil (two parts fox farm happy frog, 1 part fox farm ocean forest, 1 part perlite. Under 400w hps. Could anyone tell me how tall this strain usually gets? If it gets over 3.5ft I will have to move it to my bloom room under the 1000watter. Any feedback/tips are welcome.

Well mine were at 33-37". I dont use hps just t-5s. Make sure and run big pots. I use 5 gallon smart pots . I like root organic original soil but ive had good sucess with happy frog. I run my lights 24/0 but you could run 20/4.just keep your nutes low. I star at a 1/4 and work them up to half the recommended feeding chart. Ive got a journal here in indoor growing. I pulled a little over 20 ounces on 5.

Very popular strain you should like it. Its pretty stable as well...cant say the same for other Autoflowers. I grow both photo and autos and if I do autos its usually Afghan Kush's. Check my signature out. i got two big ones growing. About 3 weeks out from harvest.

The tall end of the scale is about 32 inches or so but you should get in the 20s most likely. It won't get more then 3.5 feet high.

The one thing on nutes with autos is you kinda have to guess what week its at if your using a nute sced..not to hard.

Mine are 25 and 23 inches or so in 1 gallon airpots.

Im using one 8 bulb. I mix the spectum week1-4 i use 5 6500k and 3 3000k. Week 4 till finish 5 3000k and 3 6500 k.

The Short Stuff autos are very reliable & potent strains that are well-liked around here. Himalayan Blue Diesel, Russian Rocket Fuel, Auto Assassin, Mi5, Onyx, etc.
