Affordable lights for odd tent size

I am a newbie and need lights for my alternate tent. My tent size is 4 ft long x 2 ft wide x 4 ft high. I'd like the option to flower but I'm only growing in it until I can rotate them to my other tent. I have MS so I invested in my main tent. I grow autos (hopefully idiot proof) in grow bags if that matters. Thank you for any input.

Cant agree more I run an hlg 100 in my 2x2x4. Thing works great. Height is an issue but keep em small. Great light. Running mine about 18 months now. 4feet tall is a big issue here lol. I wish I had another foot for growth

I really need to keep it under $200. Over time and can make a better investment. Would one of these lights suffice for my tent? I tried to coordinate starting new seeds so I could move them to other tent. I'm day 63 from planting Banana Kush seeds in main tent. This is my first rodeo and hope I know when to optimally harvest. New plants are Gorilla Glue. My main tent is 4 x 4 x 6 tall and invested almost all my money there. Thank you for your time.

No doubt those HLG Rspec lights are great, but you can do better with price.
30 watts per sq ft is the usual recommendation, but 25 can be enough.
Paying more than $1 per watt is unnecessary.

For your 8 sq ft, 240 watts will be plenty, and this 220 watt LED should work for $128.
Or you could get 3 x 100 watts for $180 and dim them.

Its probably the best bang for your buck, Tamham. The one Simplico linked to. It may not last very long but it should put out. Read reviews on it.
