Hi guys, hope all are safe and well.

I'm just wondering if my babe is ready for the chop, she is huge and has totally outgrown her space, she is nine weeks in, I have just given her a feed with bloom nutes, some leaves are slowly starting to change.
This is BlueberryXDiesel auto, and she has grown from start under 300wt CFL, I have grown this before, but have never had one go this big on me before, just wondering if the guy at the bank got my seed mixed up, I think she may have a week or so to go so should I just give her water from now on.

Thanks guys.

Hi Blakey!

She looks ready to me! Give her a week on water if you've been using chem nutes and chop away!
Usually, when the white hairs stop popping out (and turn browny/orange) is when it's pretty much done.
You can check the Trichs with a jewellers loup or strong magnifeir (or macro lense on a phone) to see if they're cloudy or going orange. If they're complete clear - it may need some more time.

Hope this helps!

Hi

I'm using Bio Bizz grow and bloom, I still have plenty of white hairs all over the buds, I just don't want to miss the window, too soon or too late.

Cheers

At the end of the life cycle of an autoflower, the leaves will die off and the plant will stop drinking. It will look like autumn has struck.
You can only really get an indiciation of the "right" time, by looking at the trichomes up close.

The right time for you maybe when the trichs are cloudy ... and some like to wait to see more amber (however it's worth noting, that some autos trichs don't particualarly amber up ...). Most people wouldn't harvest when the Trichs are completely clear (unless they absolutely had to chop early for whatever reason).

This may help

When To Harvest Cannabis (Trichs)

Trichome watching is for effect most commonly, for personal preference..but some autos wont amber up........that's where getting to know a strain comes in handy.......

Cheers for this, I do have brown pistils turning in, and still plenty of new white ones all over the buds, the leaves are looking a little like they are fading, I will post more pics up tomorrow, it is still thirsty as anything as well...

Would it hurt if I took off the big fan leaves now?
I have studied and studied and still can't make my mind up!!

I reckon you've been given all the info you need ,but at end of day it's your smoke , I take samples just pick a bud let it dry quick and see how it is, looking nice for cfl and fed biobizz ,,,,

It can stress you out this growing lark ,but if it's for your meds it's easy ,, smoke the fecker and see,,,
