Hi all, this is my first grow, heres a bit of info:

Barneys Auto Pineapple express
Biobizz allmix soil
200w dual spectrum cfl

I am a complete beginner at growing, I have smoked for years and stumbled accross the forums so decided to give it a go.

The seed was germinated (along with a auto blue mystic that didnt make it :cuss:) on April 16th and was potted on April 20th. I had her on 24hrs light for the first week in a box i had made. After the first week i put them on 20 on 4 off.

All was going well up until day 26 when the light went off unexpectedly. I unscrewed the light looked closer and saw that the connection between the light and the E40 holder was scorched. Im not an electrician but this looked like a fire hazard and the house i was in at the time wasnt mine (I had permission to grow!) so i decided that carrying on indoors wasnt an option.

I had no intention of killing her so i managed to find somewhere i could place her outdoors still in the pot. Th downside being its not somewhere i can visit very often.

Without describing exactly where it is, its high up so when i go to it so am i! Excuses are needed for being there so during the day is almost impossible. The pictures below are from my first brief visit to her today, i had about 30 seconds which is why the pics are not as good quality as they could be.

So, I went up today (day 45) and she is looking good, i think! I was expecting her to be wilted but she's not. My concern is the yellowing of the leaves. I know this normal towards the end but 45 days seems a little early? Could it be a deficiency of something?

I gave her 0.25ml shot of biobizz veg nutes someone gave me in a pint of water at day 24.

I also have some bio bloom nutes, would it be wise to give her some or does it look like it could be nearly finsished?

Any advice or criticism would be much appreciated, cheers

as long as your ph is on point... and i'd assume it is for the moment.... yest... hit it with a generous does of flower nutes... its late to be starting flower nutes... but it'll help

:smokeit:

hard to tell but i think it just needs more nitrogen, i dont know biobizz(someone will) but that seems like a very low dose to give. id give a half veg half bloom feeding maybe a full strength one if youre only feeding once every couple of weeks/month etc. though that depends on how harsh biobizz is.
might not need to since its flowering though

other than that not looking bad atall for taking care of themselves for a month or so

Thanks for the response guys, I will get back hopefully tomorrow tonight and give her a feeding. I had thought maybe a nitrogen problem but was under the impression rain water was a good source of it.

Prob a long shot but could you give an estimate of how long left? Ive seen different grow journals with seed to harvest times from 75 to over 100 days for this strain

Thanks again

Just a quick update from when i got her home. I let the soil dry out for 24hrs, re-potted her into a pot twice as big then gave her a feed of 2ml biobizz veg, 4ml of biobizz bloom and 2ml biobizz topmax in 1.5ltr of water. I also removed some of the obviously dead bottom leaves and trimmed off some of the damaged parts of other leaves.

Getting to her and getting her back was not as difficult as i had imagined so I will be returning probably within the next couple of days to give her another feed.

I will update again after then hopefully with more pics.

Keep it green!

bio veg nutes are supposed to be used every water week 3-4 onwards also limit the bloom to 3ml every water

please check my link

rain water has no npk

Thanks Agito, Ive had a look at your link and will be following your advice! Much appreciated

Agito, i noticed in your link you said not to use biobizz topmax, i have some Ace of buds i got free with a cfl i bought, do you have any experience with this stuff? Thanks

hi jayorm, i also got some ace of buds with a cfl purchase (basementlighting.com?), have used it on my last 3 feedings and it hasn't killed them.. but not 100% sure how much it's helping, it's hard to tell without a direct side by side comparison though but i'm sure it can't hurt!
