I'm new to adjustable LED. Never did it.

I mainly use a 315W CMH/LEC but I'm trying something cooler for these months with the Viparspectra KS3000 for my 3x3 space.

There doesn't seem to be anywhere there isn't light.
This light spreads evenly making for better canopy I think.

Fingers crossed for the remainder of the grow since I'm new to this.

I just upped it to 100% at 24".
And I'm saving energy.

Hope to get solar soon!

Pics are proof.

Nice healthy looking grow!

LED's are certainly cooler than CMH lights for a summer time grow and also far more efficient energy wise as you have noticed. Best of luck trying LED's for this grow!

The Viper Spectra KS light have good PPFD numbers and excellent uniformity. You can check out a PPFD map here. There's great uniformity across the width of the tent and only a little fall off at front and back.

The 12" hang height and 100% dimmer setting puts you right where you want to be - at 900µmols. Turn it down a bit if you see signs of light avoidance, move the light up as the canopy gets taller and you'll be in clover…so to speak. :)
