Indoor 2 tents vs 1 tent

I have 2 tents both are 3x3 I also have 8 50w cobs and drivers to run them I was originally going to put four in each After considering what 6 in 1 tent might harvest has me wondering which will be a better harvest if optimal conditions for both 2 tents 200 each or 1 tent 6 cobs and other tent to veg
I'm in soil and able to manage heat some what

I think in a 3x3 that 4 would be plenty. What kind of cobs are they? If the are similar to what's used in AutoCobs, then 4 in a 3x3 is almost overkill. If they are cheap inefficient Chinese cobs then I'm the wrong guy to ask.
