So this is my first grow here is my current setup:

2' x 3' grow space.
Auto Short Stuff #1 (from Herbie)
3 gal pot using Sta-Green Potting Soil
Lighting: Currently CFL 3 x 65w 6500k total Lumens 9500
Nutes: Alaska Fish Emulsion (5-1-1) and then Miracle Gro Liquid Quick Start (4-12-4)

Planned usage:
Week 1 (Three true leaves) - 1TSP Fish Emulsion per gallon of water.
Week 2 - 1.5 TSP Fish Emulsion per gallon of water.
Week 3 - 2 TSP Fish Emulsion per gallon of water
Week 4 - 2 TSP Fish Emulsion per gallon of water
Week 5 - 2 TSP Miracle Gro Quick Start per gallon of water + 1TSP Blackstrap Molasses
Week 6 - 3 TSP Miracle Gro Quick Start per gallon of water + 1TSP Blackstrap Molasses
Week 7 - 3 TSP Miracle Gro Quick Start per gallon of water + 1TSP Blackstrap Molasses
Week 8 - Plain water + 1TSP Blackstrap Molasses
Week 9 - Plain water + 1TSP Blackstrap Molasses

So my question when I switch to my Flowering Nutes guessing week 5 or 6, should I also swap to my 2700k CFL's? And when I do should I run all 2700k upto 10k Lumens or can I run 2 x 65w 2700 and 1 x 65w 6500k ??

Reason I'm asking now so I can order my flowering bulbs.

Right now I'm at grow day #9 plant is about 4-5 inches and has 2 sets of leaves not counting sprout leaflet. It was getting a bit tall so I lowered my lights now it seems to be growing mice leafs and slowing down on height.

Let me rephrase the questions.

1) Is there any reason to run 2700k bulbs before my plant goes to Flower?

2) Should I also run both 2700k and a 6500k during flowering?

when I used only cfl's, I used a 3 to 1 ratio of 6500k/2700k during veg and reversed in bloom. the plants use both all thru their life, just more 6500 in veg and more 2700 in bloom:peace:

No need for 2700k until they start flowering.I like to use a mix of both during flowering, but it's up to you.

Thanks for clarification. I'll plan on 2 x 65w 2700 and 1 x 65w 6500 for my flowering stage.
