New Grower 1st grow: Indoor / 90W + 15W LED / Soil / Sweet Tooth auto

Hey bud :)) damn the ladie has stretched herself ^^ nice

if i where you..i would put those cfl`s much further down..maybe alittle on the side of the plants...and keep the led up there.. that way you`l get some light on the lower branches...CFL you can keep as close as you can..as long it doesnt burn your plant from direct contact.

about the lemon juice..damn..i got no clue on those stuff..i would say..get some cal/mag .. lol ^^ but yeah..def a cal/mag prob :)

:slap: for keeping it up brother :)

Hey Bro,

The CFLs can't go further down now, it would render the DIY reflectors useless. And to be quite fair, the buds at the lower branches are almost as big as the top ones. Don't ask me why. But back against the wall, then I would assume that the lady take in whatever light she can get through the leaves, and use it almost equally all over the plant. Dunno.

I bought some Advanced Hydroponics of Holland fertilizer today. Bloom and Grow. The reason I used lemon was to bring down the quite alkaline water to a fair pH for cannabis.

I should be well set for my next grow now, but expect this one to not be a major success you know :)

hey dr Cannabis, can i ask you where can i find a 15w led like yours? Happy growing buddy:Sharing One:

Just search for 15W Grow LED. Cree diodes should be better than Epistar from China. But who the heck knows if that's right, eih? I think the saying here should be: You get what you pay for. I would say that a 15W LEd is best for a mother plant in a clone grow. For keeping her alive you know.. I don't think 15W LED is a good idea for a grow of several plants.

Anyway, status.. :)

I got my hands on some proper fertilizers and some gear today.. The two of the ladies have calcium deficiency :( ...So I'm gonna have a go at foliar spraying today..

So yea.. :-) That was exactly the reason.
I believe the problem with using lemon juice for ph is, it only lasts about 24 hours so be sure to check.

^Interesting. It would only apply to the water left behind in the soil then, tho. Because I make a new adjusted solution every time I feed them. But now I have a pH adjustment kit beyond lemon juice, from Advanced Hydroponics of Holland. So.... Now I just have to wait for a proper electronic pH meter to arrive.
