New Grower 16000 members

I'm wondering about members and activity... According to the box that has the people you follow and members online we have 16000+ members... Where are they all hiding? The Bom comp only has like 180 or so votes. I know not everybody cares but out of 16000 members you would think %10 would vote

Most forums are all the same with 1-5% active membership, plus lurkers and the rest sign up and never come back. Its just the nature of the beast!

Of that 16,000 only 1400 are active members in the last 30 days. So ignore that 16,000 number and go off the active members in the last 30 days. Its much more accurate..
