New Grower 120 days in on an autoflower?

I just don't understand. All I've done is read and asking questions but I'm still sitting here with the huge ass plant with pistils everywhere and an no sign of bud formation?

What could I be doing wrong?

Seedsman seed auto + speed. Pur based for its quick flowering rate.

I ran 20-4 light cycles but switched to 12 12 in a attempt to induce flowering. It's been this way about a week.

I've already outgrown the tent and dimensions the plant was supposed to be.

dammm 120 dats and still no buds thats not ideal if she dont start flowering in the next week id say its a dud can take 2 weeks to show signs of budding from 12/12 but at this point id nearly start again and go with something else

well what a shitter and on your first grow to but but do i spy a couple of hairs ? i think some photos can take a week to start flowering,but im a numpty that talks too much,seek further advice.
good luck n keep er lit....nono half lit its a photo,,,or at least it looks like a photo.just hope you can get some buds of it.

I have bought all my seeds from Seedsman without any issues whatsoever. And my first grow was a Jack Hearer Fast that led me to believe it was a photo that flowered quicker than other photos. The vegetative stage was 11 weeks before I started seeing the first pistols show up and dropped my light time from 18/6 to 12/12. Once I did that it started budding just fine even though I was having issue with root rot that stunted the growth. But true to its flowering time of seven weeks they were ready. I would contact seedsman and find out the specifics of your seeds. They have excellent customer service.
