Anyone tried 12/12 light schedule for autos? What to expect? Faster harvest and low yield?

I have seen faster harvest by growing 24/7 and huge yields. If you are growing photos in the same tent you have no choice go for it. But the least you should go with on a auto strain is 18/6 to achieve a decent yield and a quality plant.

I have done 18/6 20/4 and now, after watching this guy^Fairly. I am on 24/7. I really think it shaves a few days off the grow. I have noticed earlier harvest times.

I have done 12/12 on autos for the reason fairly described and it was not a pretty sight.

Low yield and bad tasting product although it did get you very high, maybe due to extra THC production by stressing the plant into defensive mode. also it took longer than normal to finish.

I do autoflowers outdoor..

In the netherlands we have 15/17hours daylight (spring/summer) And my biggest yield was 89gr dry bud for one Girl in a 40ltr pot[emoji123] [emoji111]

But its also depending what kinda strain u have..

Grtz from Holland

I feel that 12/12 is kind of a waste for an autoflower. That is if you are only growing auto's.

How about yield and frosting? Any changes?

I have never even grown a plant with less than 24 hours of light well over three hundred autos so far of all different strains and seed comapnies. They took the best part of the RUDY strain the auto factor rudirelas has a 2 month window to get to maturity and produce seed stock to keep going they do it under 24 hours of light. So with that in mind treat your plant like a rudirelas it will give you huge ass plants sugar coated YAHOO
