tent too hot

Hey everyone, As mentioned in the thread title, I am having heat issues right now in my grow tent. I have my inline fan running, and 6 - 42w spiral cfl bulbs. The temperature is 88F in my tent right now. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Here is some info on my setup with pictures attached...
