super crop

Am I supposed to tie down the branches to a 90 degree angle after supercropping? Or do I not tie down and let them raise back up? They have been tied down for about 24 hours, I hope I didn't muck it up

Is it common to Super Crop auto's? I see so many pictures of plants perfectly budded and it looks like they have to be cropped or topped or something! All info is MUCH appreciated. Thanks guys
