Just a few hours later, having it put in communicable form helps further with the cognitive process apparently. Which is a benefit of getting prepared vs not...
PCBoard layout matters in consideration. Like inclusion of close-loop control via measuring voltage of both the workcoil's electrical AND magnetic fields... Etc.
Removal of an extra-bending operation made sense and even resulted in many more possibilities...
Not just a Royer secondary, but also as AC sensor measuring the magnetic field + susceptor response, while voltage across a power resistor conveniently provides an electric-field voltage (Prot., PLL)...
About getting polarities right (which is which?!)...
Please help pass the word:

A versatile Flat Magnetics/Multi-Level Switched-Capacitor(s) Class-D solution creating/enhancing fault-tolerance, by elimination of potential compounded risk factor from typical power contacts MUTIPLICATION around AMOVIBLE series-connected Battery cells (4 contacts if 2 cells, or 6 for 3!)...
An idea to help make it slim, eventually, by bringing the 2 poles on same side while the other is bridged using some "U" shaped core... Paving the way to a reasonably thin 2.5-D WorkCoil Assembly (e.g. with pseudo "Z" axis, by allowing multiple convenient workcoil juxtapositions - in principle).
There's 2 ways to connect toroïd coils (so the final circuit will pass D.C. while attenuating A.C.) depending on how its windings were performed, plus 2 more if only a simple inductor will do; a 3rd type of setup removes the whole notion of magnetic poles and hence a need to pair them: go bifilar!
Importing my RF Choke idea to a simplified 1-Phase 2 Poles version, in order to help reduce the parts count...
N.B.: Such thin space between the poles would strongly suggests some tape-shaped susceptor.

Or...
How much is too much??! ...
Power density ain't a pressing concern anymore, obviously. Each of the 2 chips is rated 300 + 300 Watts if hard-wired for "mono" audio, e.g. possibly the 20 Hz to 48 KHz range since Hi-Fi "Digital Audio" is also covered... Mono only requires 1 "RF Choke" per twin-coils duo (or phase)...
