autoflower northern lights

Hi guys im growing 2 northern lights autoflowers its now day 39 from planting the seed in coco they are super short and bushy but no pistils at all been on a 18/6 light sched anyone know what the hold up is and should i move to a 12/12 light sched or just wait it out for a few more weeks thanks
