A lot of traditional gear from those particular areas is cut by producers before being imported(I might be being a bit harsh about Afghan though!). I believe, and I might be wrong btw that the majority of good # is grown in Morocco, using high quality strains, not necessarily ‘landraces’. If my info/experience is wrong, then I apologise to all those traditional folks who still do things the right way. I’ve obviously not been lucky enough to be offered the good stuff from Nepal for the last decade or so. Just my personal experience, compared to the Strains grown commercially from north Africa. As I have stopped smoking everything these days, I have no skin in the game anymore and just pass my own, past experiences on. Sorry if you’re offended.
Two things
One you will never offend me.
And two.
I was genuinely ignorant and was asking a legitimate question, I appreciate you answering that.
Definitely makes me appreciate growing in the USA a little more
If you’re in a legal state, I have to admit I’m a bit envious! I honestly thought you were calling me out! I’m glad we got the 'miscommunication ’ corrected! Best regards and thanks for clarifying your post… sharing a metaphorical one

Yeah, Brother, no disrespect meant at all!
It was a “excuse me people are doing what!?!”
I had just never heard of such a thing
Technically, I am in a legal state as far as medical goes
Does not however, allow for cultivation… so there is that
I think of Nepalese in the same way I think of Burgundian(high end!) Wine… there’s a fair amount of it but, you need to know who the producer is… otherwise, you’re more than likely gonna get mugged off, for a big lump(if ya get what I’m implying)!![]()
Personally, I let them go until seeds start falling out of the calyxes and/ or you see some calyxes starting to split open. I get the highest number of ripe seeds that way.
They were splitting and a couple fell out, that’s when I harvested.
I was told wait until their petticoats rustle…
..dry calyx.
I will get this thread back on track come September..when I know Where I’m growing…
damn twunts…
I have the two volunteer Dragon Hunters seed packaging…see how they fly…
Hey Auntie, hope you’re doing well! So whatever happened to DD x Dragon cross you were making? Those ever turn out?
Nice thread and congratulations KingRatt on your new cross. By the way, I’m new here. Could someone help me lead to grow diary or a thread like this? Thank you
Let me put a little step by step together for you to post a thread, I’ll send it to your inbox
The Great One was pretty excited to see the so-called “Black Dragon,” in action but the more Saint Growley read about it, the more disinterested he became lol.
Forgive me for being so naive but I thought the “Black Dragon” was some kind of spectacular strain… to find out, its just a Deep Chunk Auto.
Kinda takes the “Magic” out of the Dragon ya know? No pun intended.
Does this strain only show colors outdoors? Genetics have evolved so much since that time it’s amazing!
You are most certainly wrong, it is much more than a “deep chunk” auto, and having never grown or tried it, that was such an ignorant thing to say! “the great one” can fuck off and enjoy his modern day strains with their watered down genetics and generic candy taste!
Clueless?
Mossy is a revered, pioneering breeder who’s genetics shaped autos from bland to exciting. Her genetics can be found in many modern autos.
Have you taken ditch weed and old landraces and shaped them into something good?
And she shares her knowledge and expertise freely. Have you?
Our vibe here isn’t bragging and attacking.
Oh lordy
this guy.fkn Chucklehead

It most certainly is not a deep chunk auto, lol, it’s true it’s traces some of its lineage to the real original deep chunk, but it’s hardly a deep chunk auto lol.
