Founded in 2011, the Autoflower Network is a grower-first cannabis community dedicated to sharing practical experience, cultivation knowledge, genetics, product testing, and honest discussion. Although autoflowers are our specialty, growers of all experience levels and cultivation styles are welcome!
Creating a free account allows you to ask questions, post photographs, begin a grow journal, follow breeders and topics, receive personalized notifications, and participate directly in the community. Members can get advice specific to their plants instead of relying only on general information.
Select Sign Up, choose a username, provide a valid email address, and follow the confirmation instructions. Once your account is activated, you can post, reply, follow discussions, and personalize your AFN experience.
Visit Introduce Yourself and create a new topic. Tell us what brought you to AFN, where you are in your growing journey, and what you hope to learn or share. Only include information you are comfortable making public.
Go to Genetics & Journals, select New Topic, and introduce your grow. Include your genetics, equipment, growing medium, nutrients, lighting, and starting date if known. Add updates and photographs as your plants develop—your journal can be as simple or detailed as you like.
Post cultivation questions in Grow Questions and Answers. Include clear photographs and relevant details such as plant age, environment, lighting, medium, nutrients, watering practices, and recent changes.

The Cultivators Club is AFN’s community product-testing program. Selected members document sponsored genetics, equipment, nutrients, and other cultivation products through organized journals and milestone updates while providing honest, independent feedback.
Explore the Genetics and Journals and follow breeders and vendors in the Groups areas, then use Discourse’s notification controls to follow the breeders, genetics, tags, and discussions that interest you.
Many participating breeders maintain official accounts and interact directly with AFN members!
Expect a welcoming community where questions are encouraged, mistakes are treated as part of learning, and experience is shared without judgment. Nobody begins as an expert.
