I needed to recruit some workers for the other worm bin that just didn’t have quite enough.
I definitely needed to pull some worms from the other worm bin.
The easiest collection tool is halving a nice big old avocado, placing it on top of the worm bin and waiting a few days!
I just grabbed what was easily available with one fell swoop on each avocado half.

I really need to do that again to thin some more. They are approaching Max concentration. Worms self regulate to limit their numbers. You can tell that is the case with the small amount of youngsters you can see. And you don’t see any adults with band thing around them that’s associated with breeding. I can’t remember what called.

I’ll harvest the same amount when I’m ready to plant. That will be more than enough for the big pots

I checked July and didn’t see the locked icon but i think its cuz several posts were made after it was locked and I didn’t scroll up! I checked August and could clearly see where it showed it was locked and even time it was locked!
