Alright folks here we grow again. We’ll be growing G breath from @GoodGenetix. I’ll be using a earthbox jr and recycled BAS3.0 soil. I started her off in a solo cup with BAS heady start mix and then transplanted a day or two after sprouting.

Absolutely Homie! I wouldnt miss this show! I should be dropping beans Monday. Mixed up a gallon each of the Athena Pro line today and made some test batches to see if numbers were good. pH and PPMS are perfect with no adjustments needed! I used tap water like all my grows, Athena says it’s fine. I love it when it all comes together perfect! Cleaned out the tent and ordered some gear for the small tent. Gonna be a busy week or two lol!
Starting the solo cup route before transplanting into an earthbox is a solid approach for autos. The root ball gets established in a controlled volume before the plant has access to the full moisture column, which avoids the stagnant conditions that can stall seedlings in a constantly wet wicking bed. The recycled BAS 3.0 should have plenty of microbial activity left to carry through the early veg phase without much supplemental feeding.
