Jean-O Genetics VooDoo

Genetic Reviews details

@Jean-O's Genetics VooDoo was an easy grow. I'm not the most attentive grower, but they took the neglect well. I grew one in a 4" rockwool cube and another in a 6" cube. They were a little slow to sprout; I only gave them an overnight soak, and then they went into the RootRiot starter plugs. On day 5 they popped up. A different germination method may see faster sprouts, but I try to keep a simple routine.

I opted for Ebb and Flow this grow, flooding once per day. The cubes held a bit of a water, and they were usually still heavy by the next flood; all dozen plants on the table were like this. I may have been able to flood them once per 2 days. I cleaned my reservoir every 2-3 weeks, and I was usually just filling and adjusting the nutrients once per week. I checked on the pH/ppm 2-3 times a week, had some up swings, but they handled it fine. They were given minimal if any training throughout the grow. They foxtailed a bit, probably a little too much light at the end; a few other plants foxtailed as well. Not my healthiest or best looking plants, but damn is the high good.

Harvested at 85 days above, I get good daytime effects out of VooDoo. Happy, motivated, and creativity are the primary effects I feel. They smell spicy primarily, with a little sweetness underneath. She smokes very smooth after a couple weeks cured in the cookie jar. The 6" yielded 61g bud, 24g bud for the 4" cube, with 32g trim/smalls between the two of them.
