ILGM Blueberry auto week 6 since sprout and currently in early flower; Mars Hydro TS1000, light 20/4 on/off.

Plants are wilting so I took the following actions to diagnose.

1. Dried out 1G airports (3 days since H20).
2. PH 6.5 H20 and in sun for 3hrs. Still wilted.
3. Placed in the afternoon shade and finally began to perk up.

Initial thoughts are to lower light intensity in 2x2 tent and perhaps add an additional 2 hours of lights off to 6 (18/6 schedule).

Perhaps they are stressed as a result of light intensity and duration and the wilting is not a result of watering.

Wilting image below, perked up image follows. The change I witnessed can be attributed to putting them in the shade.

I do not see a big problem here.

What you need to learn about watering will come with practice. Here are the basic rules: Never let the soil dry out. Soil and or coco can become hydrophobic if allowed to dry. This means it repels water. This in turn will create dry pockets in the soil and the roots and microbes will die there. If your soil - coco have accidentally dried out use a surfactant to help re-wet it. I like yucca powder. Don't let soil remain soggy by watering too much too often. Root rot, damping off, molds, fungus gnats and other problems start in soggy soil. When you do water water the entire pot. How to learn when to water starts before you plant the seed. Fill your container with fresh soil/coco and weigh it (heft it) this is the lightest weight and consider it a dry pot. Now slowly water until the soil/coco will no longer absorb the water and run-off begins; weigh the pot (heft it) this is the maximum water, the wettest the pot can get. The difference between wettest and driest is the maximum water weight, for ease of explanation lets just say the water weighs 20 pounds. When the pot loses 10 pounds (half of the water weight) it is time to water again. There is an art to watering.

Moving plants outdoors and then back indoors is risky business for insect attacks. I would never do that.

Thanks for the copy/paste and general watering guidelines but it doesn’t answer my question at all as this is not a watering related problem.

did you manage to find the reason of the wilting?,Im having the same issue with leds at 24/0,rised the distance of the lamp, added calmag but nothing, node spaces are really short :(

Turning on lights 24 hours a day is not good for the growth of plants.

Most of the stretch is in the last few hours of the night.

The stretch is caused by auxins that build up fastest in the dark.

This is why the side of the stalk away from the light grows taller, making the plant lean towards the light.

They stretch to reach light only when they don't get enough.

Short node spaces are a good thing. 24/0 lights is up for debate but from my experience you need some lights off time. Change your lights to 20/4 and you'll be surprised what happens while they sleep. Opening my tents in the morning is my favorite part of the day. Plants can only take in so much light in a day and when they're done taking in what they can they droop.

Yes!
I lowered the light intensity to 75% and over the next couple days they were a lot more vibrant. Staying at 75% on a 18/6 schedule for the duration.

my TS600 in a 2x2 was sufficient for the grow and the TS1000 too intense at 100% in the same space. Perhaps when they’re deep into flower 100% is optimal.

do you have a pic?
