One of the only plants that keeps going although being in mid to late flower. Gotta love the genetics SSSC provides us with. :bighug:

Sorry @SuperSativaSeedClub-David, but I really poked my finger in one of the buds, but I can only discern a citrus smell, that's it I'm afraid. Maybe the spicy kush smell will come in due time? Let's be patient :smoking:

Hey AFN fam :bighug:

I feel I've finally figured out how to work these solocups. The wicking rope seems to be working, even giving a bit more nutrient mix as to create some run-off. This slows down the lower the nutrient solution gets inside the tub, creating a wet and dryer cycle. I'm not going to say dry as the coco isn't dry anymore, my experimentation with the wicking rope has given me at least 1,5 day away time from my tent.

    I've got a nice update for you guys. This Bourbon Kush smells amazing so I cut off the two lowest shoots as the bud sites which weren't going to get bigger and where using up energy which could be used better on other parts on the plant. While doing that a really chemical turpentine smell went up my nostrils. Freaky, never smelled that on any bud...
    So I cleaned up the small buds on the trimmed branches and after flash drying it in the microwave I smoke it...
    I can say it has a Kushy taste. Not to overwhelming like my Purple Kush from Linda's Seeds, but it's there. The high isn't there yet as I was really jittery, but that's normal as the plant is still at day 53 :thumbsup:
