Look healthy?? Should i defoliate

Hi i just wanted to know if my young autos look healthy and on track they are just a couple days over 3 weeks old plus another thing i would like to know is could i or should i remove some of the larger fan leaves on these. Any advice is apreciated

The energy the plant needs to grow is made in the leaves. The "Sun Leaves" is where most of this energy is produced.
IMPO I do not defoliate much, just a little down low for air flow. Yes, I get some larfy buds down low but the top growth more than makes up for it.

The only training I do is I top my autos at the fourth node.

It looks fine I would let it keep growing for now, defoliate later on at the beginning of flower to allow for more airflow and cut out any large fan leaves shading budsites.
