Official General Contest Rules

Any person who enters, attempts to enter, or in any way participates in any contest, sweepstakes, or giveaway ("Contest") hosted by Autoflower.org (referred to as the "Sponsor") (each such person hereafter called an "Entrant") agrees to comply with these Official General Contest Rules ("General Rules") and to be bound by the Sponsor's interpretation of these rules, which shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest.

Some Contests may have additional rules ("Specific Contest Rules"). In case of any inconsistency between the General Rules and the Specific Contest Rules, the Specific Contest Rules will take precedence.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:

Unless stated otherwise, no purchase is required to enter or win a prize, and purchasing will not increase your chances of winning.

APPLICABLE LAW (VOID WHERE PROHIBITED):

All Contests are governed by applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in any Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

ELIGIBILITY

Geographical and Age Consent Requirements:

Unless otherwise specified, each Contest is open only to individuals who: (i) are legal residents of the U.S., Canada, or any country specifically named in the contest by Autoflower.org, and (ii) are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Eligibility Frequency Limits:

The Sponsor may impose limits on how often a person can win within a specific timeframe.

For national contests, a person may win only once every thirty (30) days, with a restriction on winning more than one of any contest hosted on Autoflower.org during the same month. In the event a person enters and wins multiple contests during the same month, their qualifying winning contest will be chosen by the Sponsor and the forfeited contests will be redrawn for the rest of the persons that have entered.

Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest or sweepstakes. "Household members" refer to individuals who share the same residence for any length of time per year.
