Thank you everyone who took part in the promotion I posted yesterday. I believe many of your are now in confusions and I am now here to clarify.
- To the ones who did emaile sophia but not get an email replied:
We only chose the first 20 person who sent the email to give the lights out, therefore if you don't get the email back, it means you are over 20.
- To the ones who got the email from Sophia.
To be frank, I am not very clear about the promotion yesterday. You might know we have been sending our lights out for promotion or test now and then, it is not a very big deal. Not one single time we ask people to give us good review or feedback. People do good reviews when they get good results from our lights themselves. That is why, I did not check the detail information about the promotion yesterday.
However, when I get back to work and get your post and PMs here today, I am really confused as you all do. Then I checked with Sophia. and here is what I get from her:
You might noticed the store link Sophia gave to you is a new one, the thing is we have not opened it for very long, and we are not familiar with the competition on Amazon. The competitors of ours tried to leave us a lot nagative reviews there on purposes and Amazon cannot help (most of you might use Amazon as well, and you also know that you can leave the reviews even if you don't buy anything from the store). We need to the true feedbacks, not the bad ones to ruin our reputation there, we even have lost a lot money because of these nagative reviews. However, we need to survive there, so we need your help. I believe most of you have our lights, you yourself know the quality of our lights.
I personally don't agree this kind of method to promote our lights, too, but I understand, the dirty competition on Amazon is driving my colleague crazy, that is why I hope you can understand us for this one time. I have told them about the bad feedbacks from you here and I am sure we can figure out better ways to get our lights promoted on Amazon in the future, too. Your good and bad advices all helps.
I really appreciated all of your advice and complaints, if everyday, we get very good feedbacks here, we can never be better. We need your complaints, those are the best presents that driving us to improve ourself, to remind us how serious the problem is so that we can change. Hope you all can give us another chance to prove we can be better.
