We have normal stell chain come with the lights so you can hang the light with it. If you do not like it, you can order our yo-yo hangers two.

Yes, if you use the 96x3w light, the coverage is 4.4x4.4, not suitable for your space. So the 144x3w light will be much better. If you have to order the light on Amazon, it is OK, choose the way most convenient to you.
