Yr right though Wiz, the sleeplessness is one of the
biggest issues in all health problems.
so much so..if I see someone on this forum that says they have insomnia..
and they Think they are a non-med patient..I Think it is only a matter of time.

It is one of the First..most Common Pre-illness sign.

If the initial problem leads to lack of sleep, lack of sleep then leads to
stress, means the body can't recover and be allowed to fight the illness itself
- instead it just gets more worn out and becomes succeptible to more attacks
from the initial illness or the next one

Yup..proven in the case of my nerve damage..the insomnia cuts out the healing part of the sleep cycle.
I have no doubt that it contributes to all the chronic illnesses.

When my fancy ph pen arrives I'll be able to check my temp as well as humidity levels (see if being hot under the collar helps or hinders sleep) and my PH!! Wait a minute, where is this thermometer going??

btw the girls have been back at 14 hrs light for a few days now and seem happy. Obviously I dont have other grows to compare with but makes sense other pple are doing well with reduced light in flowering - I had been thinking to myself before readding of the time experiments that if the autos can do so good outside even in winter when there is no chance at all of constant long light they should be happy enough with shorter hours. Then I thought perhaps if they are started indoors under lights they might be used to that and not like shorter hours but then seems a lot of pple start under lights before taking outside. Anyway, Im loving the shorter hours as means more sleep for me, less electricity and hopefully the girls will be happy with more sleep time too. Plus would be great as far as mixing autos/photos in same area.

Here's the two best ways

Mouth -- place the thermometer under the tongue and close the mouth. Breathe through the nose, and use the lips to hold the thermometer tightly in place. Leave the thermometer in the mouth for 3 minutes or until the device beeps.

Rectum -- this method is for infants and small children who are not able to hold a thermometer safely in their mouths. Place petroleum jelly on the bulb of a rectal thermometer. Place the small child face down on a flat surface or lap. Spread the buttocks and insert the bulb end of the thermometer about 1/2 to 1 inch into the anal canal. Be careful not to insert the thermometer too far. Prevent the child from struggling, since this can accidentally push the thermometer in further. Remove the thermometer after 3 minutes or when the device beeps.

If you do it in the anus don't struggle :lol:
 
I just tried the Juicing...added 6 canna leaves..bit parsley for flavour..bit cucumber for moisture...

drank it down...bit sludgey...and very Green...:lol:

I said to OG..it is sitting a bit heavy in me tummy..and he says you are supposed to water it down 10>1 with carrot juice...

shit...I didn't read That bit....:crying:...
