Tent Questions

Hi all...I didn't see anything specific on tent set ups and so forth...

So I'm going to sticky this thread for any questions and answers that you members with tents, can answer...

Also, if you have any pics of how your tent is set up, please post them...Pictures say a 1000 words...:thumbs:
Basically, as far as pics go, mostly looking for how yours is set up...Not so much about the plants...

Thanks for your cooperation and I hope this thread gets the attention that new tent buyers, like myself, can gain some info...

I got my setup almost done. Having a little trouble securing my clip fan to a pole as the canvas is so tight around the pole, that the clip can not get fully on the pole.
any alternatives?

Aye that sucks then if ye do get it clipped on the angle is never right. I suspend the fan from a roof pole near corner and use a little chain to wrap around a side pole to keep the angle right. I also have string attached from the ducting to the fan to aim the intake up towards the fan. it means the fan is held steady, if ye dont then it swings round as soon as you close tent due to the internal negative pressure pulling the sides in.

Here are some pictures of my tent setup.
It is a 4'X4'X7' El Cheapo, as in generic tent.




I am just getting this larger space figured out. It will be next fall, before I can dial it in. I am basically just finishing up all the plants I have going right now, and will shut down to avoid the heat of the summer. The lights are one 400 watt HPS, and one 600 watt HPS. We will be replacing the 400 watt, with another 600 watt, by fall of this year.

I should be getting my other tent back from the LEO for a veg tent soon.

P.S. The strains that are in the tent right now, are My Larry OG mother, and 2 of her clones, as well as a Jack Diesel, front right, and a Critical Jack right behind it.

looks like your going to have a nice set-up brotha!...the only thing I see that I might change is the round bell pots to square pots...but truthfully...any pot will work......happy growing my friend!!...:smokebuds:

There seem to be a general concensus that the Secret Jardin DRII line is of top quality. Sadly they don't offer a tent that suits my required measurements. So I found the Homebox GrowLab GL80 that fits my needs perfectly. My only question is if the build quality of the GL80 is on par with the DRII line tents?

I own a GL145 and a hydrohut 2 x 4 with no regrets bro :thumbs: Honestly this may ruffle some feathers but I feel the growlab is a better tent for a lot less over the SJ's
