@Son of Hobbes - Since these guys are probably semi unknown maybe you can wrangle some samples for the forum and help get their name out there.

Sounds neat, id give it a try if i had a sample, but no way would i drop that kinda money without seeing firsthand that it was worth it! And if their claims are real, then it would probably be worth it.

Took a trip over the mountain yesterday. Hit up the pastry place for some bombin stuff! # kinds of crissants, lemon curd puffs, mandarin pistachio, cookies. Cookies were double chocolate, ginger/mint and miso chocolate. Lady worked in France for 10 years and don't play!

Chocolate topped crissant with a boatload of almond paste inside. Friggin huge too
