2 Earthbox Jr's in a 2x2x4

I'm a bit late in starting this diary on here.
I only grow every 3 years.
I am starting this grow with some old cdlc seeds I had from 2021.
I will follow this current grow with some titan 9.
This will be water only and some buildabloom during flower.

Dropped 2 seeds for soaking on October 11.
Planted directly to soil on 10-12.
On 10-15 the right side earthbox popped it's head out.

The earthbox on the left had a failure.
Somehow the taproot went in the air and seedhead down.
Dropped another seed and planted it a little too deep.
Had to remove some soil and eventually it popped it's head out 11 days behind the original.

The first couple of weeks were very slow for this one.

The other was growing nicely in very hot temps.
Grow room is storage room off the carport.
Constantly dealing with high fluctuations in temp and humidity.

Topped on day 19
I then like to add weight to open her up

Next it is scrog time

The other plant was now acting like a runt.
Deformed leaves,no height,slow growth and thought maybe I won't top her.
Day 22 decided to top her.

From this point she started to pick up the pace.

On the other side doing well and i was concerned about room for the runt

From here I just went to single pics of the tent

At this stage it starts to get cramped with stretch getting to 10 inches from light.
I had some hot days that I believe caused canoeing of leaves and maybe some wind stress .
Decided to dim the light to 90%

Decided what used to be the runt would have to be supercropped.
Still more stretch to come.
Probably should have used a second scrog.

Added weight to the branches

Had to add more weight

Nice to see you growing, and you sure filled that tent. You were one of the people that helped me with my first grow and helped inspire me to try earthboxes. Been using them exclusively for the last couple years. Glad to see ya on here and thanks.

Also, Was it you that reused the same soil for a lot of grows?

Yes same soil and then when finished with cannabis I use the earthbox to grow tomatoes in the same soil.
I do have a full size earthbox that is currently growing pineapple.
Glad we don't have to wait 2 years for cannabis to bear fruit like a pineapple.

I should add that I do topdress during the grow with buildaflower, craft blend ,and kashi once I see any feeder roots pop up.

Start of Day 81 and day 70 so a nice sparkly pic.Shows off the ornaments I have hanging nicely. Though a couple are hidden up the back.

Day 81 hasn't shown much of the purple.

Day 70 is moving nicely to purple and will end up being beautiful.

With the cold weather now here I can get humidity down to 40% to finish off the grow.
Lights off temps fall down to the 50's.
Got a little 200w desk heater outside tent angled to let some warm air inside to warm between 62-64f.
Day 84 waiting on more amber.
Water consumption has reduced,more pistils turned.
Think she might get chopped later in the week.

Day 88 and day 77 for the 2.
The storage room has gotten chilly but was able to keep the tent stable at 73f lights on.

Today I forgot to plug in the heater in for lights out.
Got down to 54f for around 90mins.

Day 88 plant just hoping for more amber trichs.Want to harvest Sunday or Monday if possible.

Woke up this morning and she looked done as soon as I opened the tent.I think she actually spoke to me.
Let her sleep and the start of Day 89 chopped.

Day 78 for the other cdlc.
Spread her out a little
Still a few weeks to go

Next bit of fun will be my attempt at cobs when drying is done.
Will cob everything hanging

Dropped a couple beans for the next run.
Changed my mind.
Instead of 2 titan 9 it will be og kush and titan 9.

When its cold seasons i run the lights at night, when its coldest amd it helps add warmth and the day/night temps are closer! Just a tip for future
