Grow Mediums Pineapple Express Barneys farm & Afghan kush ryder 400w HPS NFT (first grow)

Hello everyone , been lurking around for the last few weeks while my 1st grow takes shape, got 5x pineapple express, 3x AKR seeds and a hydrogarden setup with a 400w HPS lamp over it to start me off .
Im getting a tad concerned though this is now day 39 for my babies and no sign of any crystals on the hydro plants but the two PE i have in soil in the same tent are covered in them anyone any ideas what might be going on there ?
im using plant magic hydro grow and plant magic hydro bloom nutrients and the 5 hydro plants range from about 18 to 24'' except 1 of my AKR's which is miniture at only 3-4''.
I'll try get pics up asap too just the fecking cameras been hiding from me all week

Finally got some pics of my girls 1 of my akr's has really streched out the last few days which im not too happy about but oh well, and have a few brown spots on one of my plants in soil, anyways il let the pics explain more

checked my plants today and the akr had stretchd another couple of inchs any ideas as to how to stop this ?

thanks man , hopefully the frost will come in thick and fast il post sum pics as soon as it starts to appear , still finding it odd tho that the ones in soil are already frostd over but not the ones in the hydro even tho there both under the same conditions except the medium in which the're grown

took some more pics today, now on day 47 things looking pretty good except the akr streching is a nuisance cant get the light down to where i want it may invest in a cfl and grow it off to the side abit

View attachment 144167so today is day 52 for my girls, seeing alot of yellowing on my biggest pineapple express think it might be N deficeny ? ive no idea really pics below any help is appreciated , also one of my akrs is mostly branch and not much bud hope it fills out they seem to be devoloping slower than the pineapple
